Pacific Heights

South Surrey, BC

Pacific Heights is a 17 acre development located at the south-west corner of 18th Avenue and 168th Street in the Sunnyside Heights neighbourhood of South Surrey.  This development consists of 129 small lots and has views of Semiahmoo Bay, Hazelmere Valley and Mt. Baker.  The site is nearing completion and is now home to many happy families.

Morgan Grove

South Surrey, BC

Morgan Grove was an assembly of six lots along Helc Place and Mountain View Drive with an area of approximately 6.8 acres. The project was successfully rezoned to permit a mix of 44 RF and RF-12 lots in an emerging new development area within the very desirable Grandview area of South Surrey.

This well received development in South Surrey created a mix of 343 lots of residential single and 455 multi family units with the final phase of building lots currently being sold.

Working closely with the City of Surrey, this development is the result of a comprehensive neighbourhood concept plan that has been successfully implemented. The project's success is the result of attention to detail and a diligence in ensuring the planning was executed as designed.

April Creek

This development consists of 67 half acre RH-G zoned lots, nestled within significant tree growth and adjacent to parks and greenspace. The development is currently under construction with new homes scheduled to start Summer 2016.


Qualicum Beach, BC

Canadian Horizons was successful in having the Eaglewood site annexed from the Regional District and amalgamated with the Town of Qualicum Beach.  Development approvals included an Official Community Plan Amendment.
