Pacific Heights

South Surrey, BC

Pacific Heights is a 17 acre development located at the south-west corner of 18th Avenue and 168th Street in the Sunnyside Heights neighbourhood of South Surrey.  This development consists of 129 small lots and has views of Semiahmoo Bay, Hazelmere Valley and Mt. Baker.  The site is nearing completion and is now home to many happy families.

Morgan Grove

South Surrey, BC

Morgan Grove was an assembly of six lots along Helc Place and Mountain View Drive with an area of approximately 6.8 acres. The project was successfully rezoned to permit a mix of 44 RF and RF-12 lots in an emerging new development area within the very desirable Grandview area of South Surrey. 

Sendero Canyon

City of Penticton, BC

Sendero is a Spanish word for “path” which was the inspiration for this special neighbourhood. It is Penticton’s newest master planned community covering 72 acres where 231 lots for new homes will ultimately be linked by a network of paths and trails that connect its residents and the spectacular natural surroundings. Parks and community spaces are an easy stroll from any home and provide natural gathering places for neighbours. A trail network that spirals out into the wilderness invites residents to explore the natural wonders that make Sendero Canyon a beautiful place for families and friends who want to live more connected to nature and each other.

In late 2021 CH sold the last group of lots and the last remaining homes are nearing completion.  We are proud of this new neighbourhood and what it has become.

Bear Mountain

City of Langford, BC

Canadian Horizons provided development management services to the company holding title to significant single family and multiple family residential land holdings in the Bear Mountain master planned community. It negotiated subdivision approvals on four phases totaling 74 lots. It also managed the site development and marketing programs for these phases.

Morgan Heights

Surrey, BC

This well received development in South Surrey created a mix of 343 lots of residential single and 455 multi family units with the final phase of building lots currently being sold.

Working closely with the City of Surrey, this development is the result of a comprehensive neighbourhood concept plan that has been successfully implemented. The project's success is the result of attention to detail and a diligence in ensuring the planning was executed as designed.

April Creek

South Surrey, BC

This development consists of 67 half acre RH-G zoned lots, nestled within significant tree growth and adjacent to parks and greenspace. The development is currently under construction with new homes scheduled to start Summer 2016.

 North Surrey, BC

This is one of three neighbourhoods that Canadian Horizons has developed in Abbey Ridge area of North Surrey. This neighbourhood consists of approximately 4.5 acres of land resulting in 37 single family lots.  Homes are complete and many new families are creating a new sense of community and neighbourhood.

Otter Point

District of Sooke, BC

Otter Point is a quaint rural village amid pristine forested hills, rising from shorelines of rocky headlands dotted with cliffs and cobble beaches. Adjacent to natural forest reserves, it is minutes from Pacific Coastal waters and abounds with recreational opportunities. The site enjoys panoramic views of the Sooke Foothills and consists of 550 acres.

Eaglewood

Qualicum Beach, BC

Canadian Horizons was successful in having the Eaglewood site annexed from the Regional District and amalgamated with the Town of Qualicum Beach.  Development approvals included an Official Community Plan Amendment.

Hyde Canyon

Township of Langley

This is a very unique development within the Township of Langley where 65 lots are on 32 acres surrounded by lush agricultural land.

Abbey Ridge

North Surrey, BC

This development is located on the border of the highly desirable Fraser Heights area of North Surrey. It consists of approximately 60 lots that range in size from 4,000 to 13,000 sq ft. Half of the homes are under construction, and the other half are occupied by happy homeowners that are creating a new sense of community in the neighbourhood.
