Sendero Canyon

Sendero is a Spanish word for “path” which is the inspiration for this special neighbourhood. It is Penticton’s newest master planner community spread over 72 acres where ultimately 231 homes will be linked by a network of paths and trails that connect its residents to both the spectacular natural surroundings and to one another. Thomson Flats

 Thomson Flats is an assembly of two properties totalling 160 acres located in the highly desirable Southwest Mission area of the City of Kelowna, approximately 15 minutes from the downtown core.  The project received approvals from the City of Kelowna Council to commence an Area Structure Plan in 2015.  In 2016, MMM group was retained to undertake all Planning studies associated with the Area Structure Plan.  Throughout 2016 detailed studies have been commenced and we are currently working with the consulting team to analyse the details of the planning area.  We anticipate community open houses in early 2017 with the Area Structure Plan wrapping up in 2018.  Rezoning should occur throughout 2018.

Naramata Bench

Naramata, BC

The Naramata Bench Development lands are 163 acres located 10 minutes from downtown Penticton in BC’s Okanagan.  The properties were recently approved for over 400 units as well as retail as part of the City of Penticton’s Spiller/Reservoir Neighbourhood Concept Plan process.  Rezoning application for the first phase will be submitted in the near future.
