Vice President, Development

Mr. Hildebrand is the Vice President, with Canadian Horizons Development Group.  He is an effective real estate professional with over ten years of  private sector experience in commercial  and residential land development and municipal approvals throughout Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, and the Okanagan.  Prior to working in the private sector, he applied his educational background as a professional Planner with the City of Surrey and the City of Abbotsford.  His educational and employment experiences have enabled him unique perspective on identifying strategic land development opportunities.  At Canadian Horizons, he is responsible for identifying new land development opportunities as well as achieving municipal approvals in the Fraser Valley and Okanagan.  His broad experience makes him effective at fostering existing and creating new relationships with clients, developers, landowners and municipal approving authorities.
